XTELTSCHED: XTE Long-Term Schedule Information
The XTELTSCHED table was created for the purpose of providing a complete,
accurate, and easily accessible tracking of the XTE long-term schedule.
cycle
The AO phase or cycle number
event
The event flag included for consistency with short-term timeline.
met_week
The week scheduled in mission elapsed time (MET).
obsid
The unique ID of scheduled observation.
prnb
The proposal number.
target_name
The scheduled source name.
target_number
The target number.
ut_week
The week scheduled in UT format.
